Lady May is a 32-metre motor yacht launched in 1929 by Philip & Sons. She features a steel hull and steel superstructure, representative of the construction standards of her era. Exterior design was developed by Philip Rhodes, with naval architecture by Philip & Sons. The yacht has a beam of 5.5 metres, a draught of 2.8 metres and a gross tonnage of 137 GT.
