M/Y Low Profile is a 40-metre motor yacht launched by Tecnomar in 2014.
In 2016 and 2017, she underwent a refit programme at NCA Refit focused on the assessment and preservation of her structural and mechanical integrity.
The works included in-depth surveys of the hull, machinery, and onboard systems, alongside targeted interventions on the hull structure and selected metal components.
The project reflects a refit approach centred on technical oversight and long-term reliability, ensuring continuity of performance and compliance within the yacht’s operational lifecycle.
Today, the yacht is named Modus.
